When travel came to a halt in early 2020, we were truly devastated. Throughout our company’s history, and throughout the pandemic, we have been solely focused on putting our clients at the heart of everything we do. So now, as we look to find the safest and most secure way for you to travel again, we’ve been working harder than ever. We have the expertise and knowledge to help our customers understand the ever-changing travel regulations as well as measures that are in place with airlines, resorts, and operators’ procedures to help keep you safe. Our aim is to tackle your travel worries head-on, making sure you are safe and explaining any confusion over travel corridors/bridges, quarantine issues, booking guarantees and refund policies. We want to make sure that we have the right conversations with you so that you feel empowered to make the right decisions to travel with confidence. The good news is that due to coronavirus (COVID-19) issues, many companies and suppliers that we work with have introduced more flexible booking measures. You can relax and book with reassurance knowing that if needed, you will have the option to change your plans. Whatever you’re planning for late 2021,2022 or beyond, these meaningful guarantees will ensure your holiday is adaptable where required, and your money is protected for peace of mind at all times.
Low deposits – We will only ask for the minimal deposit required when booking your next wildlife holiday – this will vary depending on the arrangements booked.
Rightful Refunds – Where applicable if you are unable to travel due to covid-19 issues: government lockdown, restrictions/quarantine etc. you will be entitled to take a holiday credit or receive a full refund – terms and conditions vary from holiday to holiday.
No Amendment Fees – Where possible there will be no extra charges if you decide to postpone or change your holiday due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Price Match Pledge – If you do decide to postpone your booking, we will endeavour to everything we can to honour your accommodation price for the following year.
Late Balance Payments – Your final balance can be paid later than usual. We will negotiate final payments with our selected partners on your behalf. This will vary depending on the arrangements booked and we will advise you accordingly.
