This Earth Day, we wanted to discuss the relevance of this day and invite you to embark on a journey that not only captivates your senses but also leaves a positive mark on the environment.

It started in 1970, when an estimated 20 million people nationwide attended the inaugural events at tens of thousands of sites including elementary and secondary schools, universities, and community sites across the United States. It is which is encouraging to think activists were thinking then about the problems we may have in the future. Our future. Without their then attention, we would be much worse off today…

So, the attention that we focus on the environment today, will undoubtedly pay it forward beyond us. Without that, well… we know that future.

Many camps, lodges, hotels and national parks throughout the world only need to take a snapshot of the healthy wildlife around us, to see the best ways to appreciate what we have today. In my opinion, this is the bare minimum of what we need on Earth for the future. Conservation can no longer be about protecting what we have. It needs to be about reclaiming, regenerating and rewilding. Many companies do this through Alliances, Conservancy’s, Foundation and many many more. Each of these programs is about protecting our climate, improving and enhancing Nature and giving communities a better life.

On this Earth Day, it is not just about what we see around us but it’s also about feeding our children so they have a good meal each day. This also indicates how much we value all life, human life and that of the incredible wildlife around us whether this be relocatiny species, rewilding, reclaiming or regenerating.

On this Earth Day we are thinking about our future…
