Upon arrival in Johannesburg, check in for your onward flight to Richards Bay on SA Express. Here you will be collected and transferred to &Beyond Phinda Mountain Lodge. Set within easy reach of the Indian Ocean coastline and the famous iSimangaliso Wetland Park in northern KwaZulu-Natal, Phinda is known for its diversity of habitats, abundant wildlife and wide range of safari activities. Day 3: &Beyond Phinda Game Reserve
Thanks to its coastal rainfall pattern, the Reserve enjoys a lush green environment that contains seven distinct ecosystems. This varied landscape and vegetation shelters an abundance of wildlife, including not only the Big-Five but many rarer and less easily spotted species, such as the elusive cheetah or the scarce black rhino. This is one of the only places where you can track the endangered rhino on foot, an experience of a lifetime!

Day 4: &Beyond Phinda Game Reserve
With only a handful of lodges sharing an area of 23 000 hectares, and expert rangers and trackers in search of prime wildlife sightings, guests are assured an exclusive game viewing experience. Optional adventures include scuba diving, fishing and even turtle watching in the nearby Sodwana Bay on the coast. &Beyond Phinda has always had a very strong contribution to responsible tourism and they have many projects that they are involved with, one of them being the Rhino without borders, where they have been part of a project relocating rhino to a safe – undisclosed area to try and help increase the population. Day 5: Mozambique – White Pearl Resort
After breakfast transfer to the border post at Kosi Bay, where you clear customs and immigration and enter Mozambique. A White Pearl Resorts representative will collect you at the border for the road transfer to the lodge. Relax for four nights at White Pearl Resorts, Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique, in a pool suite with an ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower, private deck and private plunge pool. Your stay includes all meals, canapés at the pool bar, high tea, day time snacks, mini bar snacks, teas, coffees, bottled mineral water, local beers, soft drinks, selection of spirits, house wines, private butler service, laundry service, 1GB complimentary Wi-Fi per suite, horse riding on the beach, town tour, stargazing/moongazing, private dining, beach picnic, refresher neck-and-back massage as well as nonmotorised activities.

Day 6: Mozambique – the Lagoon Coast
Stretching 500 kms up Mozambique’s coast from Ponta Do Ouro in the south, the Lagoon Coast is the name given to an extraordinarily beautiful region encompassing a series of serene coastal lagoons, a number of them cut off from the sea by some of the world’s highest forested sand dunes.
